FAQs - Know before you go

  • We do not offer reservations. If you purchase your ticket online, you will save on each ticket or you can purchase at the gate.

  • Yes! We accept all major credit cards, Google and Apple Pay.

  • It depends. The beginning of October there is typically a short wait. The closer to Halloween, the longer the lines will be. Consider a Friday night, they are usually less crowded.

  • Printed tickets are not required, you can show your ticket on your mobile device. We recommend taking screenshots in advance as some guests find they do not have good service at the admissions area. As a last resort, we can check in with the order name and photo ID.

  • Yes, you will need to wait to get your wrist band for admission into the attractions. Without it, you will not be allowed past the gate keepers.

  • All haunted attractions and the psychic sideshow are included in admission, as well as any barnyard activities that are still open.

  • No. Actors will not touch you and patrons are not to touch actors or props.

  • No, refunds are not offered.

  • We recommend the haunt for children 10 and up. That being said, you know your children best. Some 6 year old’s have a blast and some 40 year old’s can’t make it through. Keep in mind there are no refunds.

  • No, your admission is valid for one entry into each attraction. If you would like to go through a second time, you will need to purchase another ticket.

  • No.

  • You can wear a costume, without a mask. Make sure it is appropriate for a family setting. Please leave weapons, large wings, blow ups, etc. at home.

  • Dress for the weather. Some attractions are on uneven ground so flat, closed toe shoes are required.

  • If you have already purchased a general admission ticket and would like to stay for Nightmares, just upgrade your wristband at the admission office. Wristband must still be worn and not tampered with to be upgraded.

  • We do have group rates starting with 30+ guests! If you have less than 30 guests, the best discount is to purchase tickets online.

  • Admission is not required to enter and shop the Market for home decor, pre-picked pumpkins, specialty foods, cider donuts, kettle corn and more. A paid admission ticket is required to go beyond the store.

  • Our ample parking lot is free for farm guests to park in.

  • Season passes cover the general admission portion of your Nightmares tickets. Just pay the upgrade at admissions when you arrive

  • Yes! Our Barnyard Grill serves up tasty hot meal items. The Sweet Shop will satisfy those festival food cravings: fried dough, apple cider slushies, kettle corn...you name it! Don't forget the cider donuts, fudge and candy from the Market Barn on the way out!

  • Outside food and beverage is not allowed on the farm unless you have reserved a group gathering space (cabin, campfire or event tent).

  • If the farm closes due to inclement weather, your ticket will be valid any other night. If you can no longer make it, you may sell or transfer your ticket to someone who is able to use it.

  • While we do our best to be accommodating, as a working farm we face limitations. Our restrooms are ADA-compliant and there are walking paths around bridges in the corn maze. Most of our paths are dirt and/or gravel, so please keep that in mind when planning your trip.
